What are the features of Collection by İş?
There is no need for additional software or installation.
In the file that is sent to our Bank's system, merchants can define the card with which the transaction will take place, the starting date of the order, the period in which this transaction will be repeated, and the alternative card number.

In which currencies can transactions be made with foreign cards with Collection by İş ?
Companies using our Bank's virtual POS can perform transactions with 14 different currencies by using credit and debit cards issued by foreign banks :US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), Australian Dollars (AUD), Danish Krone (DKK), Swedish Krona (SEK), Including Swiss Franc (CHF), Japanese Yen (JPY), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR), Russian Ruble (RUB) and Chinese Yuan (CNY) The transaction amounts are transferred to FX accounts.
Which transactions can be made with Collection by İş?
All credit and debit cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and MIR logos are accepted in Collection by İş through İşbank's virtual POS. Transactions that can be done on regular POS devices like sales, installment sales, deferred payment sales (Maximum Opportunity), use of MaxiPoints, pre-authorization taking / closing transactions can also be done with Virtual POS.
How can I make transactions with a debit card by Collection by İş?
Debit cards cannot be used by Collection by İş.
Who can use Collection by İş?
It is a suitable solution for insurance companies that carry out their transactions with periodic collection, apartments collecting their monthly dues, foundations, associations, and businesses that sell subscription of newspapers / magazines / publications / books.
Is there any fee charged for Collection by İş service ?
A fee of 1,000 TL, including BITT(Banking and Insurance Transactions Tax), is charged for İşbank's Collection by İş service.
