İşCep Crowned the ‘World’s Best Mobile Banking Application’ Once Again

İşCep, the mobile banking application of İşbank, was named the ‘World's Best Mobile Banking Application’ at the ‘Best Digital Bank Awards’ by Global Finance, an international finance magazine, for the third time. During the ceremony hosted in London, İşbank Deputy Chief Executive Sezgin Lüle received the award on behalf of the Bank.

Sezgin Lüle emphasized that, as it had been for the last two years, the Bank was deemed worthy of the 'World's Best Mobile Banking Application' award in the first year of its second century. "This award is a major indicator that our transformation journey based on digitalization and innovation is also monitored on an international scale. We aim to improve the accessibility of banking services and to provide people-oriented, fast and personalized service on every customer platform. İşCep has 15.5 million users. In line with our super app strategy, we transformed İşCep from a mobile banking channel into a comprehensive financial and everyday services platform where over 800 transactions can be performed. Thus, İşCep has a bigger place in the lives of our customers, facilitating their daily lives through non-financial services. It is highly meaningful for our country and our industry that the world's most respected organizations acknowledge and appreciate the level our mobile banking application has attained.​​
