İşbank Partners with Yandex.Checkout

İşbank, signed an agreement with Russia’s leading payment service provider Yandex.Checkout.

İşbank’s recent cooperation with Russian national card scheme MIR which had been announced last month, has contributed Turkey and Russia’s trade volumes by making Turkish enterprises reach Russian consumers easily.
 
İşbank the leading acquiring bank in e-commerce both in terms of domestic and cross border transaction volumes accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, JCB card brands and 34 different local payment methods which are used at more than 50 countries. Thanks to the latest cooperation with Yandex.Checkout, İşbank recently started to accept payments via Sberbank Online, Alfabank and Yandex.Money e-wallets and thus reach 92 million Sberbank and 16.1 Alfabank clients, as well as 46 million Yandex Money users.
 
Sezen: “We help Turkish merchants reach Russian consumers”
 
İşbank’s Deputy CEO Yalçın Sezen comments: “We put a special emphasis on physical and e-commerce cross border transactions. We enrich our payment gateway by adding new methods. To improve trade relations between Russia and Turkey we have done our part by making cooperation with Yandex.Checkout. In this way, we have facilitated the collections of our airlines, tourism agencies and online retailers. We are going to increase variety of our products and services and going to support our merchants who are targeting different geographies.”
