İşbank Pension Fund, acting on behalf of both active and retired Bank employees, has 38.20% share in the Bank’s capital.
Free Float (33.71%):
About 40% of the free float is held by foreign investors.
Atatürk Shares* (28.09%):
The Republican People’s Party (CHP) is the testamentary heir to the shares initially held by Atatürk (founder of İşbank).
*These shares owned by Atatürk are represented by CHP under the will of Atatürk. Since the dividend revenues of these shares were left to the Turkish Language Institution and the Turkish History Institution according to Atatürk’s will, the dividend payments are made to the mentioned institutions under the will of Atatürk and within the legal framework.
