Commercial Customer Number and User Code (Personal Customer Number)
Commercial Customer Number is a 9-digit unchangeable number which is given you by your branch.
If your Commercial Customer number has less than 9 digits; you can use it as a 9- digit number by adding adequate number of zeros (0) on the beginning of your customer number.
For any user, who will do transaction in the name of the firm, a User Code is defined under firm’s Commercial Customer Number.
If you have Personal Customer Number, you can use it as your User Code. Therefore, if you use more than one Commercial Commercial Branch, you can use the same User Code for all.

Commercial PIN
If you do not have a Commercial Customer PIN or have forgotten your PIN, you can define
From Bankamatiks(ATM),
From Telephone Branch or our customer representative with using Mobile Approval Codefrom our branches by taking a Temporary Commercial PIN*
From İşCep (Mobile Application)
One Time Password
If you want to generate your One Time Password via Mobile Key, you can download the İşcep application on your mobile phone and activate Mobile Key.
Mobile Key can be used to login to Internet Branch, Telephone Branch and İşCep
*You need to log into Commercial Internet Branch in 5 days after receiving your Temporary Commercial PIN. You will be asked to define a Permanent Commercial PIN at your first login. If you will not log into Internet Branch/İşcep within 5 days, the Temporary Commercial PIN will be invalid.
