Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. (Isbank) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its one-year US$484,500,000 and EUR236,000,000 dual currency syndicated term loan facility (the “Facility”) which signed in London on Monday, 22nd September. The syndicated loan, which will be used for foreign trade financing, has a total cost of Libor+0.75%.

The syndication was very well-received in the market and the syndicate consists of 42 international banks, 20 of which are Mandated Lead Arrangers. The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Standard Chartered Bank acted as Bookrunners (the “Bookrunners”) in connection with syndication of the Facility.
