The Collective Bargaining Agreement between Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. and the Union of Bank and Insurance Workers (BASISEN), which covers the period between 01.04.2008-31.03.2010, was signed on 26.08.2008. According to the agreement, valid from 01.04.2008 minimum salary increases will be at least TRY 200 for the clerks and operation staff, TRY 175 for the support staff and skilled service staff, TRY 150 for the unskilled service staff, and the employees’ retirement based salaries will be increased by 16%. The benefits for title, foreign language and others will be increased by 14.5% to 15%.
