The restructuring process, which had started in 2002 with the consultancy of Citigroup (formerly Schroder Salomon Smith Barney), is still underway.Within the scope of this project, while evaluating sales opportunities for some of the participations to third parties the Bank has also started to restructure and consolidate its participations with the aim of increasing efficiency and transparency by simplifying in-group organization.
