As per the resolution of the Board of Directors, it is decided to raise the registered capital ceiling of Isbank to TL 10 billion from TL 7 billion and to amend the articles 5, 18, 19, 49, 58, 62 and provisional article 17 of Isbank’s Articles of Incorporation. The Head Office is authorized to obtain the necessary permissions regarding the aforementioned amendments.
