Isbank has been notified by the Capital Markets Board’s letter dated 19 February 2008, nr. B.02.1.SPK.0.15-182, that it has been granted the permission to operate as a custodian institution regarding the custody of assets subject to retail portfolio management of portfolio management companies, within the framework of the article nr.18 of the “Communiqué on Principles Regarding Portfolio Management Activities and Institutions Which are Authorized to Provide Portfolio Management Services”.
