H. Ersin Özince
Chairman Born in 1953, in Havran. Mr. H. Ersin Özince graduated from the Business Administration Department of the Middle East Technical University in 1975 and started his professional career on 2 January 1976 at İşbank's Board of Inspectors. After serving as the head of various departments within Isbank, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in 1994 and was responsible for Treasury, Financial Management, Capital Markets, Loans, Credit Information and Financial Analysis Departments. He was appointed as the 15th Chief Executive Officer of İşbank on 28 October 1998. Mr. Özince speaks English; he is married and has two children. Mr. Özince was elected as Director to the Board on 31 March 2011 and as Chairman of the Board on 1 April 2011.
Füsun Tümsavaş
Deputy Chairman Born in 1957, in Ankara. Ms. Tümsavaş is graduated from the Department of Economics-Finance of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. She began her carrier as an Officer at Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey’s Ankara Branch in 1979. She started to work at İşbank’s I. Loans Department as a Candidate Officer and became Assistant Section Head at the same department in 1987. She became an Assistant Credit Specialist in 1989, Assistant Manager at the Corporate Loans Department in 1994, Regional Manager at the aforementioned department in 1999, and became the Head of Commercial Loans Department in 2004. Ms. Tümsavaş speaks English and has one child. Ms. Tümsavaş was elected to İşbank's Board on 28 March 2008 and 31 March 2011 and elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board on 30 May 2011. Furthermore, she continues her duty as member of the Credit Committee since 2 April 2008 and as the Chairman of the Risk Committee, Audit Committee and the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) Internal Systems Committee since 30 May 2011.
Adnan Bali
Director and Chief Executive Officer Born in 1962, in İslahiye. He is a graduate of the Economics Department of Middle East Technical University. Mr. Bali started his career at İşbank's Board of Inspectors in 1986. He became Assistant Manager in 1994 and Group Manager in 1997 at the Treasury Department and the Head of Treasury Department in 1998. Mr. Bali was appointed as the Manager of Şişli Branch in 2002, the Manager of Galata Branch in 2004 and Deputy Chief Executive on 30 May 2006. Mr. Bali speaks English; he is married and has three children. Mr. Bali was appointed as the 16th Chief Executive Officer of İşbank on 1 April 2011. On the same date Mr. Bali was elected as the Chairman of the Credit Committee.
Prof. Savaş Taşkent
Director Born in İyidere in 1943, Prof. Savaş Taşkent graduated from the German High School and the Faculty of Law at İstanbul University. He started his academic career in 1971 as an assistant at Istanbul Technical University, the Faculty of Basic Sciences, Chair of Law. He also attended the postgraduate seminars at the Faculty of Law of İstanbul University. He became a doctor of law at the Faculty of Law of İstanbul University in 1980, an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management Engineering of Istanbul Technical University in 1982, an associate professor in the Discipline of Labor and Social Security Law in 1984 and became a professor in 1990. He served as Deputy Dean between 1986-1992 and Vice Rector between 1996-1998. In 1982 and in 1987, he had research studies abroad (at the Universities of Erlangen and Heidelberg). He served as a Counselor to the Minister at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security between the years 1991-2000 and he attended the ILO Conference held in Geneva as the Counselor to the Government during the years 1991-2003. Prof. Taşkent had also been the Head of Major Discipline of Law at the Faculty of Business Administration of İstanbul Technical University He is currently serving as professor at the same university. Prof. Taşkent is married and speaks German. He was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2005, 28 March 2008, and 31 March 2011. He continues his duty as member of the Audit Committee since 26 March 2008 and as member of the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) Internal Systems Committee since 15 June 2009.
Hasan Koçhan
Director Born in 1957, in Trabzon. Mr. Koçhan is graduated from the Banking Department of the Banking Insurance Trade Institution of Higher Education of Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. Beginning his carrier at İşbank as an Officer in Maçka/Trabzon Branch, Mr. Koçhan was appointed to Bayburt Branch as an Assistant Section Head and served at the same position in Yomra/Trabzon, Bulancak/Giresun and Trabzon Branches. He became a Sub-Manager in Trabzon Branch in 1996 and an Assistant Manager in the same branch in 1998, served as the Manager of Park/Trabzon branch in 1999, Ordu Branch in 2000, Gaziantep Branch in 2002 and İzmit/Kocaeli Branch in 2005. Mr. Koçhan is married and has two children. He was elected to İşbank's Board on 3 November 2008 and 31 March 2011. He continues his duty as member of the Credit Committee since 30 May 2011.
Aynur Dülger Ataklı
Director Born in 1958, in Ankara. Mrs. Aynur Dülger Ataklı is graduated from the Department of Economics-Finance of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. Between 1987-1988 she attended a postgraduate program in the U. S. A. and in 1990 “Senior Public Administration Techniques and European Union” program at Ripa, The Royal Institute of Public Administration. She began her professional career in 1979 as a research assistant in the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. During the period of 1980-1991 she served as Assistant Specialist and Specialist at the State Planning Organization, during the period of 1991-1998 served as Specialist, Department Head and Deputy General Manager at the Undersecretariat of Treasury, General Directorate of Foreign Capital and during the period of 1998-2011 served as Counselor at the Undersecretariat of Treasury. Mrs. Ataklı is married and has one child. Mrs. Ataklı was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 and elected as member of the Social Responsibility Committee on 1 April 2011.
Mehmet Mete Başol

Born in 1957, in İstanbul. Mr. M. Mete Başol is graduated from the Economics Department of Arizona State University. Between 1984-1988 he worked at Interbank at various banking positions; between 1988-2001 he served as Deputy Chief Executive, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Turk Merchant Banka A.Ş., Bankers Trust A.Ş. and at Deutsche Bank A.Ş. Between 2001-2003, he has undertaken the post of Managing Director at Public Banks Joint Board for restructuring and rehabilitation practice. He has been a Counselor and Director at various financial institutions since 2003. Mr. Başol was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 and elected as alternate member of the Credit Committee on 1 April 2011.
Mustafa Kıcalıoğlu
Director Born in 1946, in Silifke. Mr. Mustafa Kıcalıoğlu is graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University and completed the “Public Administration Postgraduate Expertise Program” at Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East. He began his career as the Judge of Silifke, and then he served as Aralık and Giresun Deputy Public Prosecutor and as Judge of Baskil, Çankırı, Kocaeli and Ankara. In 2001 Mr. Kıcalıoğlu was elected as Member of the Supreme Court and he became retired due to age limit when he was the Head of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. Mr. Kıcalıoğlu is married and has two children. Mr. Kıcalıoğlu was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011.
Aysel Tacer
Director Born in 1959, in Siverek/Şanlıurfa. Ms. Aysel Tacer is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Marmara University. She began her career at İşbank as an Officer at Taksim Branch in 1980; served as an Assistant Section Head and a Financial Analyst at the Credit Information and Financial Analysis Department between 1983-1989; became an Assistant Credit Analyst in 1989 and an Assistant Manager in 1993 at Şişli Branch. Between 1996-2011 she served as the Manager of Akatlar, Çarşı Bakırköy, Güneşli and Güneşli Corporate Branches. Ms. Aysel Tacer is a Financial Analyst and speaks English. Ms. Tacer was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 when she was serving as the Manager of Güneşli Corporate Branch, on 1 April 2011 she was elected as member of the Social Responsibility Committee and elected as alternate member of the Credit Committee since 30 May 2011.
Hüseyin Yalçın
Director Born in 1947, in Konya. Mr. Hüseyin Yalçın is graduated from the Economics Department of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Middle East Technical University. He began his professional life as an elementary school teacher. He served as an Officer at Dışbank and Emlakbank. Between 1977-1990 he served as an Inspector, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and Manager of İzmir Region Foreign Operations at Ziraat Bank; between 1990-2000 he served as Deputy Chief Executive and General Manager Consultant at Türkiye Kalkınma Bankası and between 2000-2002, after the transfer of banks to SDIF (Savings Deposit Insurance Fund), he served as Senior Deputy Chief Executive at Yurtbank, as Deputy Chief Executive at Sümerbank and as General Manager Consultant at Toprakbank. Mr. Yalçın was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011.
Murat Vulkan

Born in 1957, in Ankara, Mr. Murat Vulkan is a graduate of the English Language and Literature Department of the Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences of Hacettepe University. He started his career as a Candidate Officer at Kızılay/Ankara Branch in 1982. He became an Assistant Section Head in 1987, a Sub-Manager in 1993 and an Assistant Manager in 1995 at Ankara Branch. He was appointed as the Manager of Ereğli/Karadeniz Branch in 1999, the Manager of Kayseri Branch in 2001, the Regional Manager of the SME Loans Underwriting Department of İstanbul Maltepe Region in 2004, the Manager of Yenişehir/Ankara Branch in 2006 and the Manager of Başkent Corporate Branch in 2007. Mr. Vulkan was appointed to İşbank's Board on 30 May 2011. Mr. Vulkan speaks English; he is married and has two children.
Born in 1953, in İstanbul. Mrs. A. Taciser Bayer is graduated from the Faculty of Economics at İstanbul University. She began her career as an Candidate Officer at Arapcamii Branch in 1973. She was appointed to Kadıköy Branch in 1975 and in 1976 she was promoted to the position of Assistant Section Head at the same branch. In 1977, she was appointed to Corporate Loans Department after she had worked at Necatibey / Ankara Branch. At the same department, she became a Section Head in 1979, served as a Sub-manager in 1986, and as an Assistant Manager in 1988. Mrs. Bayer was appointed to the Secretariat to the Board of Directors in 1990. She became a Group Manager in 1993 and a Manager in 1996, and served until she retired on 27 February 2009. Mrs. Bayer speaks English; she is married and has two children. Mrs. Bayer has been serving as İşbank's Auditor since 31 March 2009.
Kemal Ağanoğlu
Born in 1947, in Trabzon. Mr. Kemal Ağanoğlu is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of İstanbul University. He began his career in 1973 as an Assistant Inspector, served as an Assistant Manager at Foreign Operations Department in 1985 and at Şişli Branch in 1987. Mr. Ağanoğlu served as the Manager of Yıldız Posta Caddesi and Nicosia (Lefkoşa) Branches, became the Manager of Rıhtım / Kadıköy Branch in 1996, the Manager of İstanbul Credit Information in 1998 and the Manager of Taksim Branch in 2005. In 2007, Mr. Ağanoğlu was posted at Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. and he retired in 2009. Mr. Ağanoğlu speaks English; he is married and has two children. Mr. Ağanoğlu was elected as İşbank's Auditor on 31 March 2011.
