With i-key, you will carry your Internet Branch entrance key in your pocket and you will get extra security protection on the internet banking.

i-key is a device which generates “One Time Password”. You can increase your security level by generating a different password each single time you login in to İşbank Internet Branch. Even if your personal information is stolen unavoidably, in order to login in to Internet Branch, a password generated by i-key, which is still in your pocket, is required

While personal computers can be remote controlled by software such as a Trojan, key-logger and screen logger, your password, pin and the other personal information used during the login to the Internet Branch can be stolen by malicious users and by this way they can reach your account from the Internet Branch. In order to increase your security level in such conditions, you can use i-key. On each login to the Internet Branch, the password generated by clicking the i –key button can be used for only a single time. By this way you will have an extra security protection in Internet banking by using i-key.

Mobile approval application does not cover the i-key owner customers.

When you press your i-key button, it generates an 8-digit password by using a quite complicated encryption algorithm and this password stays on the screen during 40 seconds. You will use your 8-digit One Time Password on login to Internet Branch as an extra question along with your current password and pin. You will continue to use your 6-digit password when you are asked to enter a password again to realize an operation on Internet Branch.

The only thing our Internet Branch users who want to own an i-key should do is to use “i-key > Application” menu under “Security” menu. A fee of 25 TRY will be withdrawn from your account during your application. The senior company executives of commercial Instant Banking users, who would like to have an i-key, can apply from the same menu separately for themselves and for the other executives. It is this easy to acquire an i –key and have an extra security protection in Internet Banking!

Your i-key will be delivered to your address by cargo shortly after your request from our Internet Branch. At this point, the only thing you should do to start using your i-key is to click on “Security” menu, then “i-key” and choose “Initial Usage”… In this case, the system will require your i-key serial number, your One Time Password generated by using the device and the Mobile Approval Code sent to your mobile phone. You will see a SNR warning for the first time of your pressing the button. This is your i-key’s serial number. If you continue to press, the device will begin to generate One Time Password. After you enter your device’ serial number, One Time Password and Mobile Approval Code , your i-key will be in use automatically.

After you have activated your i-key, you should always keep it with you when you login in to Internet Branch. On Internet Branch login from www.isbank.com.tr, you will enter your customer number and password. On the next step, enter your 6-digit Customer/Commercial PIN, and 8-digit One Time Password generated by i-key. That’s all…If you wish you can add new questions or remove some questions asked on the entrance to Internet Branch by using “Security > Login Security” menu, briefly you can customize your entrance security.

To close your i-key temporarily for any reasons, it is enough to follow “Security>i-key >Settings” menu and select “I do not want to use i-key” option. Additionally, in case you cannot access to our Internet Branch because of the lack of the i-key with you, you can call 0 850 724 0 724 and have your i-key closed temporarily. We suggest you to activate your i-key as soon as possible for your Internet Branch security.

In addition to Internet Branch usage in order to increase entrance security, you can also use i-key on Bankamatiks for money withdrawal.

After selecting “cardless transaction” menu appearing on the Bankamatik opening screen, select money withdrawal transaction.

On the next screen, after you enter your 9-digit customer number, 6-digit Customer/Commercial PIN, select i-key option and you can withdraw money from your account by entering the required withdrawal amount and 8-digit One Time Password generated by i- key.
