Turkcell Mobile Signature is a service which enables you to fulfill electronic signature processes, which is legally equivalent to wet signature, in accordance with Electronic Signature Law number 5070 and related legislation by using mobile phone and GSM SIM card.
“Signature creation data” of the Qualified Electronic Certificate which can be acquired only after Turkcell Mobile Signature subscription, formed specially and uniquely to signature holder and stored in the high security area of your SimPlus128 Card.
Turkcell Mobile Signature service works with the usage of signature creation data stored in the high security area along with the application stored in the same place.
Electronic signature process can be realized securely only when user enter his/her Turkcell Mobile Signature password. Turkcell Mobile Signature is used on the SIM card and cannot be sent to anywhere else.
According to electronic signature legislation, electronic signature holder’s security concerning the signature is guaranteed and insured by E-Secure.

Electronic signature is generated when you enter your Turkcell Mobile Signature password to your SimPlus 128 via your mobile phone’s keypad. Thus while you are using Turkcell Mobile Signature, messages received or sent are directly addressed to your SIM card and they are stored in your SIM card.

If you use Turkcell Mobile Signature, you will be asked your Mobile Signature each time you login into our Internet Branch. information and 6 digit Customer PIN by anyhow, he/she will still need your SIM card and Turkcell Mobile Signature in order to login into our Internet Branch. Personal customers with a registered Turkcell mobile phone number in our system can use Turkcell Mobile Signature.
You can identify or change your mobile phone number in our system from our Bankamatiks and Bankamatik+ devices or our branches.
In order to use Turkcell Mobile Signature, it is enough to follow the steps below.
You can make a prerequest by using “Security-> Mobile Signature->Turkcell Prerequest” menu. During the application the information such as name, surname, birth place/date, Personal Identification Number (if customer is a Turkish citizen), nationality and passport information for foreigner customers registered in our system will be in transmitted to Turkcell. Your information registered in our system should be same with the information on your valid identity document (ID card, driving license, passport etc.).
After completing prerequest, you can make an application to a TurkcellExtra shops together with valid proof of identity (driver's license, national ID card, passport, etc). In this step, the line owner has to change the SIM card with a SimPlus128 for the targeted mobile phone line. Your phone number will remain same after this change.
Additionally, as a Turkcell Mobile Signature user, you are required to sign ‘’Turkcell Mobile Signature Certificate Owner Commitment’’
After completing your application, Turkcell customer service will contact you and activate your Turkcell Mobile Signature subscription. While activation process can vary between different geographical areas, it will be completed maximum in a week. At this step, Starting Code, which will be used while you are creating your Turkcell Mobile Signature, will be sent to you by Turkcell Customer Service and your Turkcell Mobile Signature subscription will be activated at the same time. When your Turkcell Mobile Signature is activated, a Mobile Signature menu will appear on your mobile phone’s screen and you will be required to enter your starting code. After entering your starting code, you will define your 6 digit password that you want to use for Turkcell Mobile Signature. Please define your password by following the instructions on the screen and approve.
After your electronic certificate is published by electronic certificate service provider, your Mobile Signature will be ready to use. An informing SMS will be sent to you to let you know that you can use your Mobile Signature.
Please pay attention not to define the same password for Turkcell Mobile Signature as your Customer PIN which you are using to login in to our Internet Branch for your security.
After your Turkcell Mobile Signature activation is completed, use “Security-> Mobile Signature-> Initial Usage” menu in our Internet Branch. During the initial usage, you will be asked for your Mobile Signature. After completing this stage, you will be asked for your Mobile Signature to be used starting with your next Internet Branch login. Additionally, you can withdraw money without using card from Bankamatiks and you can use cash loan without visiting your branch.
After you start using your Mobile Signature, our Mobile Approval Code application will no longer cover you.
You will enter your customer number and password on the first page after you have clicked the Internet Branch on isbank.com.tr. On the next step, after you have entered your personal security questions, if you have any, and your six digits Customer PIN, you will be asked to sign the login operation with your Mobile Signature
If you wish, you can add new questions or cancel some of them during your login in to our Internet Branch by using the “Security->Login Security” menu.
Your mobile phone shall be with you when you are using your Turkcell Mobile Signature. In addition to this, please be sure that; you are using the SIM Card that belongs to your line which bears a Mobile Signature subscription,
- your mobile phone and your line are eligible to be used,
- your mobile phone is within the scope of network area,
- your line is open to international roaming if you are abroad.
When you click on the “PLEASE SIGN” button on the Internet Branch, the information that you will sign electronically will be prepared and sent to your SIM card via GSM network.
When the signature order reaches your SIM card, you will see the information of the transaction to be signed on the screen of your mobile phone. Please read the information carefully and press OK if you approve.
The FINGERPRINT that is produced instantly and belonging to your transaction will be seen on the screens of both your mobile phone and your computer, press OK if the code on your mobile phone is identical with the code on the screen. Then, enter your Turkcell Mobile Signature password and press OK in order to sign the operation.
After entering your password and pressing OK, some mobile phones may show the question of “Allow SIM Card to send message?” and the options of YES/NO. In such cases, please press YES.
In case the codes on the screens of your mobile phone and your computer are not identical, quit the process of Mobile Signature on your mobile phone without making any transactions.
At each signing operation, the fingerprint of transaction is made up which is specific for that transaction and composed of 32 numbers and letters that are divided into groups of four. For your safety, please check before completing your signature, if your fingerprint of the transaction on the screen of your mobile phone is identical with that of on the screen of your computer.
Yes, you can. However, you cannot use both your i-key and your Mobile Signature when logging in to our Internet Branch. You will have to choose one of the options of i-key or Turkcell Mobile Signature on the screen that you will see after you enter your customer number and your password.

After you login into our Internet Branch and confirm your registered information on our system by using the menu “Security-> Mobile Signature -> I am a Mobile Signature User”, to start using Mobile Signature on our Internet Branch, it will be enough to make an activation by using the menu “Security-> Mobile Signature ->Initial Usage”.
When you do not wish to use your Mobile Signature due to any reason, in order to deactivate it temporarily you can use the menu “Security> Mobile Signature> Settings” after logging in to our Internet Branch. Besides, you can also have your Mobile Signature deactivated temporarily via our Customer Representatives by calling our Call Center at 0 850 724 0 724.
In regard to your security in accessing our Internet Branch, we advise you to re-activate your Turkcell Mobile Signature as soon as possible. You can activate your Turkcell Mobile Signature only by using our Internet Branch.
When you deactivate your Turkcell Mobile Signature temporarily, you will not be able to make the transactions of withdrawing cash from Bankamatiks without your card and instant liquid loan using without visiting your branch.
Please select the related step in the Mobile Signature menu located under the Turkcell menu in your mobile phone and enter the Starting Code, and then you can continue your operation.

After learning your Password, please go to the Mobile Signature menu under the “Turkcell Menu” in your mobile phone and select Password and press OK. When you enter your Password correctly, you will have two more rights to enter your Turkcell Mobile Signature password. Two more wrong trials will prove that you forget your Turkcell Mobile Signature password.
In case you forget your password, you should call Turkcell Customer Services at 4440532 or 4440535 and cancel your subscription and after, you should complete all necessary steps for the subscription again and renew your certificates.
You can get your line deactivated temporarily by calling Turkcell Customer Services at 4440532 or 4440535.When your line is deactivated, the mobile signature service will not be available. As well as this, if you wish, you can close your Mobile Signature Membership too. In this case, after you receive your new SIM, you should complete all necessary steps for the subscription again.
Besides, if you wish to enter the Internet Branch without using Turkcell Mobile Signature, you can deactivate your Mobile Signature temporarily by calling our Call Center by dialing 0 850 724 0 724 through our customer representatives.

No. Your qualified electronic certificate is stored in your SIM card in Turkcell Mobile Signature service and it cannot be transferrable to another SIM card legally or technically. When you will change your SIM card, first you should cancel your service subscription. In case of line transfers where SIM card do not have to change, the service should be cancelled due to security reasons. In these cases, you have to renew your Turkcell Mobile Signature subscription process.
Besides using your Mobile Signature to increase your Internet Branch login security, you can also use it for money withdrawals from Bankamatiks.
