Mobile Approval is an application which requests your confirmation for certain transactions with a “Mobile Approval Code” sent to your registered mobile phone number in our system. While Mobile Approval is a 4 digit number/letter combination, it is not possible to be used for a second time.

In order to have a lot of transactions including money transfer without order, you will need “Mobile Approval Code”, sent automatically to your mobile phone. Even if malicious users steel your personal information and password, these users cannot see the message on your mobile phone, so your operations’ security level will be increased.

When you fill the information about your money transfer on the first screen and clicking on the “SEND” button in Internet Branch, our system sends a Mobile Approval Code via SMS to your mobile phone number - registered in our system -. On the confirmation screen, in addition to Customer/Commercial PIN, you will see another field where you should enter your Mobile Approval Code. You can complete your transaction by entering your Mobile Approval Code to this field and also your 6 digit internet password to Customer/Commercial PIN field.
