Avea Mobile Signature is a service which enables you to fulfill electronic signature processes, which is legally equivalent to wet signature, in accordance with Electronic Signature Law number 5070 and related legislation by using mobile phone and GSM SIM card.
A qualified electronic certificate will be specially defined for your Avea Mobile Signature subscription. 128K SIM card, which you will use within the context of the application, includes a password creation data to verify your information on the certificate. You can transmit your signature request over the GSM network to the electronic certificate provider and realize the identity confirmations operation.
A qualified electronic certificate is defined for you when your Avea Mobile Signature subscription is activated. These certificates are provided by Türk Trust Bilgi İletişim ve Bilişim Güvenliği Hizmetleri A.Ş.
128K SIM cards that will be delivered to you for Avea Mobile Signature includes EAL4+ Security Certificate which is required for mobile signature processes and secure transactions. Thus, signature creation data stored in the SIM card cannot be copied or taken out from the card. Qualified Electronic Certificate information is stored by certificate provider Türktrust in secure environment. Türktrust is operating in accordance with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards and supervised by independent bodies. Within the context of Avea Mobile Signature application, the incoming and outgoing messages between the mobile phone and Avea network are not stored in your SIM card, unlike from SMS messages.
Your personal computer can be remote controlled by Trojan, key logger, screen logger software and by using these applications, malicious users can steal your password, PIN and other personal information without your notice. In this case malicious users realize transactions from your account on Internet Branch on your behalf. To increase your security in case of such situations, you can use Avea Mobile Signature application for increasing your security level. If you use Avea Mobile Signature, you will be asked your Mobile Signature each time you login in to our Internet Branch. Even if someone else steals your personal information and 6 digit Customer PIN anyhow, he/she will still need your SIM card and Avea Mobile Signature in order to login into our Internet Branch. By using Avea Mobile Signature application, you will have an extra security in the internet banking.
Our personal customers having a postpaid Avea line, whose number is registered in our system, can use Avea Mobile Signature. You can identify or change your mobile phone number in our system from our Bankamatiks and Bankamatik+ devices or from your branch. Our customers using prepaid lines will able to start using Avea Mobile Signature in our Banking transactions when Avea will comprise them into the application context.
In order to use Avea Mobile Signature, it will be enough to complete the steps below. Prerequest You can make a prerequest request by using “Security ->Mobile Signature->Avea Prerequest” menu or by www.aveamobilimza.com web site. During the application your Personal Identification number registered in our system will be in transmitted to Avea. Your information registered in our system should be the same with the information on your valid identity document (ID card, driving license, passport etc.). Application After completing your prerequest, you will be contacted by Avea Customer Service (444 1 500) and you will be directed to the nearest Avea Service Center on the condition that you will not have any problem with the authentication process After you present your identity documents on Avea Service Center and sign the service commitment contract, your SIM card will be changed with 128K SIM card that you will use with the service will be delivered to you. In case the line does not belong to you, then the line owner should also sign the service commitment contract and should give a written approval. If the line that will be used for Avea Mobil Signature is a corporate line, then the company representative should also sign the service commitment contract and should give a written approval. Activation After completing the change of 128K SIM card, you will be contacted by Avea Customer Service responsible (444 1 500) and if there is not any problem with the authentication process, your service activation procedure will be realized. Please pay attention not to define same password for Avea Mobile Signature as your Customer PIN which you are using to login in to our Internet Branch for your security. Initial Usage After your Avea Mobile Signature activation is completed, use “Security>Mobile Signature-> Initial Usage” menu in Internet Branch. During the initial usage, you will be asked for your Mobile Signature. After completing this stage, you will be asked for your Mobile Signature to be used starting with your next Internet Branch login. Additionally, you can withdraw money without using card on Bankamatiks and you can use cash loan without visiting your branch. After you start using your Mobile Signature, our Mobile Approval Code application will no longer cover you.
You will enter your customer number and password on the first page after you click Internet Branch on isbank.com.tr. On the next step, after you have entered your personal security questions, if you have any, and your six digits Customer PIN, you will be asked to sign the login operation with your Mobile Signature If you wish, you can add new questions or cancel some of them during your login in to our Internet Branch by using the “Security-> Login Security” menu.
Your mobile phone shall be with you when you are using your Avea Mobile Signature. In addition to this, please be sure that; - you are using a SIM Card that belongs to your line which bears a Mobile Signature subscription, - your mobile phone and your line are eligible to be used, - your mobile phone is within the scope of network area, - your line is open to international roaming if you are abroad.
When you click on the “PLEASE SIGN” button on the Internet Branch, the information that you will sign electronically will be prepared and sent to your SIM card via GSM network. When the signature order reaches your SIM card, you will see the information of the transaction to be signed on the screen of your mobile phone. Please read the information carefully and press OK if you approve. The FINGERPRINT that is produced instantly and belonging to your transaction will be seen on the screens of both your mobile phone and your computer, press OK if the code on your mobile phone is identical with the code on the screen. Then, enter your Avea Mobile Signature password and press OK in order to sign the operation. After entering your password and pressing OK, some mobile phones may show the question of “Allow SIM Card to send message?” and the options of YES/NO. In such cases, please press YES. In case the codes on the screens of your mobile phone and your computer are not identical, quit the process of Mobile Signature on your mobile phone without making any transactions.
At each signing operation, the fingerprint of transaction is made up which is specific for that transaction and composed of 40 numbers and letters that are divided into groups of four. For your safety, please check before completing your signature, if your fingerprint of the transaction on the screen of your mobile phone is identical with the screen of your computer.
Yes, you can. However, you cannot use both your i-key and your Mobile Signature when logging in to our Internet Branch. You will have to choose one of the options of i-key or Avea Mobile Signature on the screen that you will see after you enter your customer number and your password.
Yes, you can. After you login into our Internet Branch and confirm your registered information on our system by using the menu “Security-> Mobile Signature -> I am a Mobile Signature User”, to start using Mobile Signature on our Internet Branch, it will be enough to make an activation by using the menu “Security-> Mobile Signature -> Initial Usage”.
When you do not wish to use your Mobile Signature due to any reason, in order to deactivate it temporarily you can use the menu “Security-> Mobile Signature -> Settings” after logging in to our Internet Branch. Besides, you can also have your Mobile Signature deactivated temporarily via our Customer Representatives by calling our Call Center at 0 850 724 0 724. In regard to your security in accessing our Internet Branch, we advise you to re-activate your Avea Mobile Signature as soon as possible. You can activate your Avea Mobile Signature only by using our Internet Branch. When you deactivate your Avea Mobile Signature temporarily, you will not be able to make the transactions of withdrawing cash from Bankamatiks without your card and instant liquid loan using without visiting your branch.
You can have only one Avea Mobile Signature subscription for the same line. If you have multiple postpaid lines in your name, you can subscribe to Avea Mobile Signature for each line.
Select “Change Password” from “Mobile Signature” menu under the “Avea SIM Service” in your mobile phone. Define and confirm your new password by following the directions written on the screen. Your new password will be valid after the message of “Your Mobile Signature password has been changed”. Avea Mobile Signature will be blocked in case you enter your password incorrectly three times consecutively.

The qualified electronic certificate identified on your name will be legally valid for three years, after your subscription of Avea Mobile Signature begins. In case you wish to prolong the validity of your certificate before the given period is over, you can call the Avea Customer Services (444 1 500) and get detailed information. As long as you do not cancel your membership of the Avea Mobile Signature service or the line that you use in this service, the legal validity of your certificate will not cease to exist.
All the legal responsibilities of the signing operations realized with the Avea Mobile Signature service will be borne by the holder of the qualified electronic certificate, that is to say, by you. Thus, you will be the responsible person for all the legal consequences of all the signing operations in case the service is used by someone else.
You can use the Avea Mobile Service with the operators that have dealings of international roaming with Avea. However, you may be required to pay a charge to the operator of the country in which you are, for messaging taken place during use of the service.
Your service access may be disconnected in case of having any problems related to your Avea subscription or in case your location where you use the service is out of GSM network coverage. In such a situation, please call Avea Customer Services (444 1 500) for information.
128K SIM card used with the service and the special software stored in the card do not run on some telephone models in the market. It is not recommended to subscribe to the service with the following phone models: Blackberry 7290; Nokia 5110 and Nokia 6110; Sony Ericsson P800, P900 and P910i; Samsung i600, i750, N500, N620 and R220; some BenQ models (M300, M305, M350, P50 and P51); some Asus models (P525 and P535); General Mobile phone models (DST01, DST11, FB1907); some Motorola models (F3, MPX220). Besides using your Mobile Signature to increase your security level for Internet Branch and İşCep login, you can also use it for cash withdrawals from our Bankamatiks.
After you enter the menu for operations on the first screen, select the "Withdrawal" operation from the menu. After you dial your 9-digit Customer number and six-digit Customer PIN, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw by selecting “Mobile Signature” option. When you push the button of “SIGN” on the Bankamatik menu, an explanation of the transaction that shows the amount of the transaction will be sent to your mobile phone. After you press “OK” on your mobile phone, you will see the fingerprint belonging to the transaction. If this fingerprint is the identical with the one on the Bankamatik screen, press “OK” again on your mobile phone, then enter your Mobile Signature Password and complete your transaction.
