Security

One Time Password Period has started
According the Communiqué of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on “Principles to be Considered in Information Systems Management in Banks” promulgated in the Official Gazette numbered 26643 and dated 14.09.2007, as of the date of 01.01.2010, One Time Password use on the Internet Branches has become mandatory. Accordingly, One Time Password along with the customer number and password will be required from İşbank customers during their logging in to İşbank Internet Branch.
For One Time Password,
  • Commercial customers can use i-key,
  • Personal customers can use Mobile Key, i-key and Avea/Turkcell Mobile Signature.
A Mobile Approval Code will be sent to mobile phones of our customers who do not use any of Advanced Security Tools during the Internet Branch login. In order to use Mobile Approval Code application, our customers should keep their mobile phone numbers registered in our bank up to date.
With regard to the One Time Password application, personal and commercial customers can apply for i-key by clicking on “i-key-> Application” in the “Security” menu in Internet Branch.
Personal customers can also utilize our Mobile Key product for One Time Password. The customers can apply from “Security” menu by selecting “Mobile Key” -> “Application” option and can download Mobile Key into their mobile phone numbers registered in our system. Then Mobile Key can be utilized immediately after the activation process.
