If you do not remember your customer number, you can see your customer number on the Customer Information Form given to you when you gave Interactive Banking order. It is also written on your Bankamatik card. You can learn your customer number from your Branch or from our customer representative whom you'll reach by calling our Call Center at 444 02 02 and pressing * key.

If you are not a İşbank customer, it is sufficient to sign the Banking Services Agreement and to fill the Interactive Banking Order Form by applying to an İşbank Branch individually with your ID. As a result of your application, your Branch will determine your customer number which you will be using on all the Interactive Banking transactions. No fee is charged from our customers for the Interactive Banking application.
