What is Mobile Key?
Mobile Key is a free of charge application generating the “One Time Password” to use in the retail interactive banking transactions. It can be downloaded to mobile phones supporting the java applications. You can increase your security level by generating new password on your each login to Isbank Internet Branch. Even if your personal information is captured by other people, there will be a need for a security password generated by your Mobile Key downloaded to your mobile.

There will be no charge to your mobile bill for using this application.
Who can use Mobile Key?
Our individual customers with interactive banking instructions can use Mobile Key.
You can also use Mobile Key if you are already using Mobile Signature or i-key.
Why Mobile Key?
It is probable that the people with bad intentions can capture your interactive passwords and other personal information by remote controlling software such as trojans, key logger, screen logger in order to reach your Internet Branch account. You can use Mobile Key to increase your security level against such acts. The password that you are going to generate by clicking the “Generate” button on your each visit to our website can only be used only once. You will take an advantage of an extra security in the Internet Banking by using Mobile Key.
Our customers already using Mobile Key are not included in the “mobile verification process.”
In which interactive ways can I use Mobile Key?
You can use Mobile Key for logging on our Internet Branch and for drawing money without card from Bankamatiks. You can increase your security level by generating a new password on your each login on Isbank Internet Branch. There will be a need for your security password generated by your Mobile Key even if your personal information is stolen.
How can I download Mobile Key?
The only thing our Internet Branch users need to do to use Mobile Key is to open the “Mobile Key” -> “Application” options in the left menu of our Internet Branch. You need to download Mobile Key application using your registered phone number in the system.

You need to complete your activation process by opening Mobile Key application and entering the “Mobile Key” -> “Application” menu. Your activation process will be completed after you choose your six-digit code for your Mobile Key.
If your phone number is not registered or updated in our system, you can register it either by applying individually to our bank branches or using the menu of Interactive Banking-> Information update in our Bankamatiks.
How can I use Mobile Key?
After you choose the “Generate” option from the menu appearing when you open your Mobile Key application, you will be asked to enter your six-digit Mobile Key Code. When you enter your valid Mobile Key Code, your One Time Password will appear on your mobile phone screen for 60 seconds. You are going to use your One Time Password as an extra question while logging on our Internet Branch with your existing pin and code.
Temporary deactivation of Mobile Key.
If you want to deactivate your Mobile Key temporarily for any reason, it will be enough for you to enter the menu of “Security> Advanced Security Tools> Mobile Key> Settings” on our website and choose “I do not want to use Mobile Key” option.
You can also deactivate your Mobile Key temporarily when you do not have your mobile phone with you by calling our call center (444 02 02) with the assistance of our customer service representatives. We suggest you to reactivate your Mobile Key in a short time.
If you lose your mobile phone to which you downloaded Mobile Key application, you need to call 444 02 02 in order to cancel your Mobile Key.
Is there any charge to use Mobile Key?
The internet connection during download and activation processes of Mobile Key is free of charge. This campaign will be available for Avea, Turkcell and Vodafone users until the date of 31.01.2010.
You should inform our customer service representatives calling 444 02 02 if there is any charge to your mobile phone bill during the download.
If this charge is determined to have arisen during the use or download of Mobile Key by Avea and if Avea acknowledges that the customer is righteous in their claims, this charge will be reimbursed to the customer in the mobile bill for the post-paid mobile phone lines, and in 30 days for the prepaid line users.
If a charge is determined to arise for reasons such as the mobile phone model, connection type, personal settings and any other reasons, this charge will be reimbursed to the customers at their first bill of the post-paid users and in 30(thirty) days for prepaid line users after Turkcell has determined that this charge has arisen as a result of a visit to mobil.isbank.com.tr
