You will need an activation to reactivate your Mobile Key, if you face up with these situations using your Mobile Key: - When you see the message of “Your Mobile Key is blocked since you have entered the wrong password for 5 times in a row, you need to reactivate it to use it again.”
- When you generate a password for 15 times in a row with “Generate” option without using them in our branches.
- When you forget your Mobile Key Code,
In reactivation step you will be asked to generate a new password. In the activation process you will be asked to enter the Activation Codes and Serial Numbers in the related fields to be opened when you click the “Activate” button in Mobile Key menu to decide your new Mobile Key Code. Please click here to perform your activation process using the information of your Isbank credit or bank card. You can also perform your activation process entering the “Mobile Key” -> “Activation” menu on the left of our Internet Branch right under the “Advanced Security Tools” option after you temporarily deactivate your Mobile Key simply by calling our call center dialing 444 0202.
