FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND RISK MANAGEMENT
ANNUAL REPORT 2012
Our Bank will continue to carry out its current human resources practices in 2013; additional targets include strengthening the high
performance culture, and maintaining and further increasing employee motivation and loyalty, as well as developing necessary HR solutions
so as to ensure alignment of the Bank’s corporate strategic priorities and the priorities of the Human Resources Function.
In 2013, the Bank will continue to take a prudent and selective approach in the recruitment and hiring of new personnel who may be needed
to satisfy the greater work force requirements that arise due to new branch openings, in-house promotions, increased business volume and
terminations of employment. Development and improvement activities will continue with a view to setting up a system that will enhance
candidate satisfaction in the recruitment processes.
In 2013, training programs will be conducted within a mixed composition that will include e-learning programs for the most part. In this
framework, the number and content diversity will be increased for e-learning, e-games, online reading materials, online case studies and
video applications that are already available for use by employees.
It is planned to launch an application under the title “Negative News Line” on İKON, which will allow self-service data entry by which our
employees will be provided with the means to personally communicate the negative aspects that they wish to express in relation to the
Bank and its practices to the senior management.
